THE ARDEE SCHOOL HR PHILOSOPHY
Our HR Philosophy focuses on inspiring all staff members to create a work culture that builds on creativity, innovation, communication and respect.
It is our belief that we need to focus on continuous professional development of our staff to develop their personal and professional skills which will improve their KSA (knowledge, skill and attitude) leading to their empowerment and development of learners.
HOW DOES CONTINUOUS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) HELP?
CPD enables our mentors to stay in touch with the latest developments in the education sector and help them to enrich their way of teaching.
CPD encourages mentors to exchange their knowledge and ideas with the other mentors in the school. This way, the senior mentors act as a coach to the new mentors.
CPD encourages mentors to meet colleagues from other schools thereby increasing knowledge sharing and improving the quality of education.
