I am writing this email to thank you guys for creating such a program and believing in our small little wonders more than us!
If it was not for Ardee I could have not imagined a 2 year old learning the things we parents would feel is a little advanced for them .
After just one month of school came the summer holidays. My daughter who didn't not participate in the class like I thought she should just surprised us every single day during the vacations .

Singing, repeating, calling out all that had been happening in school.
Also we saw what an impact a teacher can make on a child so small that too when accompanied by the mother .
Noor would call out to Miss Sonam almost every day.

The prayer before snack time, the om chanting , introducing kalpana chawla the astronaut are some of the few things I am remembering to mention.

We also want to thank you for teaching us parents how we can include what we do at school in our every day with the children at home or in the car , on vacation and even during flights!
We love going for the Bear hunt at home and reading our llama llama red pajama.

I would also like to mention the gate staff who remember our children's name and greet them with such a lovely smile each morning.

After attending the annual day on Saturday and having met the mentors and seen the outstanding efforts made by the school to equip our children with such advanced knowledge at such a young age, I felt a great sense of pride to be part of this school.

We as parents were even surprised to hear from our daughter (Avvanya ) about the introduction of the dot making by Raza the inspiration! That concept was simply sublime!

I therefore want to take out a moment and really appreciate the class mentors Ms Neha Jain , Ms Nidhi Bhalla and the pre-primary head Ms Khushboo Abbot.

I have seen Avvanya grow so beautifully over the last 6-7 months of school. She is joyful, calm, always smiling and looks forward to school everyday. I see her keenness in art , music, and daily improvements in vocabulary and a certain amount of maturity as well!

Of course we as mothers make a lot of effort too. But the fondness with which she speaks of her mentors is akin to a child’s fondness for someone she truly adores.

She has become a lot calmer as her tantrums have reduced. She eats well and obeys when I resist on giving her junk food. So I can tell that someone is managing her very well and patiently.

Honestly, handling one toddler for the entire day is extremely energy draining for me as a mother, I thus appreciate our mentors for taking up this daunting task of managing 12 at one go and doing it so well.

Ms Neha , Ms Nidhi and Ms Khushboo are brilliant and truly are an asset to The Ardee School .

Hi! I'm Apsara, mother of Amara Batra who is graduating from Nido to Foundation Red. It has been a fantastic , one of a kind experience not just for Amara but also for me.

A very special thanks to Ms Sonam who conducted the session extremely well. Everything she organised from the art festival, bear hunt, diwali fest, mother's day , daddy's day and others were great experiences for us. The classroom activities were so well organized by her and very conscientiously done with a lot of creativity and love. Amara always looked forward to going for the classes and she used to insist on going to school even during her holidays. Having such a good and experienced pre primary mentor makes a big difference to a child's development and overall happiness. We are very grateful that she had her at this age.

Now that she will go to the school independently, we are hoping that our child continues to get the same love and support, and feels absolutely safe and happy even without me being there, which I'm sure she will, and easily transitions to the next level and continues her wonderful journey of learning and education with the school.

A very big thanks to Archana didi as well who was so sweet, loving and very hard working. She made a great connection with all children and us too. With such caretakers the school becomes a happy and safe place for children and the parents feel assured.

Dear Ms. Punita

First of all I would like you to know that I am a mother of two and my older one Abeer Agarwal is studying in grade 3 in Ardee School who started from Nido here. So believe you me when I say that I know how the school works, what are the methodology and what sort of mentors we are looking for.

I as a parent was really skeptical about who we would get as a mentor for Suveera especially in these virtual times ! I am really happy to tell you that I am extremely satisfied to have you as the mentor for Suveera. The calmness that you bring to the class was much needed and the patience with which you deal with the children was what we were looking for.

Also, I would like to add I really believe in Ardee School as an institution. My association with Ms. Sunpritt goes back to when the school started. Her dedication as a co-ordinator is exceptional. I am really proud how this school mentors children and really believe in the process of the school.

Prompt replies to queries and emails is something I would particularly like to mention , whether it was late in the night or weekends ! Much appreciated! Apologies for bombarding you with so many emails throughout the year.

Aryaveer has been blessed to have mentors like you !! What a year it has been as I look back today I feel it’s been a beautiful journey with lots of ups and downs for us but we all emerged victorious ! So thank you ma’am and we look forward to the new session in July !

Dear Mentors and teachers,

It has been a very stressful 1 month of battering by the Covid pandemic. I commend all of you for supporting our students in the worst time of the pandemic. Even though, many of you and other Ardee teachers were coping with the devastating impact of Covid in your own family, were either infected yourself or had family members infected.

I am inspired by all your dedication, commitment and resolve to continue a semblance of normalcy with your teaching despite a situation of emergency all around. Holding classes, exams in this time requires a lot of effort and resolve and you all pulled it off!

Like most parents , I too was engulfed in the Covid sweep as both my parents tested positive for Covid. Being a single parent and the primary care giver for my parents; I couldn't give any time to my daughter, Aaminah who kept asking me for help as my priority was and are my sick parents. But thanks to the revisions in the class, the exams didnt go as badly as I was expecting!

So thank you to all of you for going the extra mile not only with my daughter but all students. This is much appreciated. This entire unusual academic year has been tough not just on students but also on you teachers and sometimes we as parents forget that.

Hope you all get the much needed rest and time to heal in this strenuous time. Wishing all your families good health and speedy recovery to those who are suffering.

Hope you and your family are safe and healthy in these unprecedented times of pandemic. The year started with a lot of apprehensions regarding the way forward and the effectiveness of this never before used online medium of learning. All of us have had our share of difficulties and hardships trying to cope up with these trying times.

I would like to profoundly appreciate the efforts of all the mentors to make this transition to online medium,not only smooth but also fruitful. A lot of things that seemed impossible to impart through the virtual world have been made possible with the untiring efforts of the mentors and the management. The kids have missed out on a lot of social learning . Apart from that , the academics and the extra curricular activities have been extremely well taken care of, given the limitation. And the routine has surely helped bring in a structure in their lives in this time of uncertainty. The connect the mentors were able to establish with the students despite the physical distance is commendable.

I would like to acknowledge and applaud the hard work that goes behind the curtains to deliver the effortless learning for our kids. A sincere thank you for the same. It was a beautiful initiative to let the kids express their feelings as the year comes to a close.They have felt heard and appreciated for voicing out their thoughts and feelings.

You hv provided such a comforting virtual environment for her that despite the newness and difficulties of the last year, she has actually thrived under your guidance. I realise that Samaira can be very closed and sensitive, but both of you have made her come out of her shell by connecting with her on a personal level.

She has genuinely bonded with both of you and is very sad that you will no longer be her mentors. I can’t stress how lucky my daughter is to have such caring and amazing mentors . You both have set the bar so high that i am afraid if any other mentor would be able to match your magic. It was a absolute pleasure to have You as her mentors and I shall miss your cheerful presence.

Thank you for making EYFS (Kindergarten) such a positive experience for Varchasv. With all your patience, creativity and love, Varchasv has achieved a lot this year especially in such difficult times when you yourself couldn’t escape from covid19. Ma’am, it was really nice meeting you today. Appreciation for Adidev from you meant a lot to us.

Ma’am, I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate hard work done by few mentors. Iam really grateful to Ms Pooja for all her efforts. She has been working so hard with these students. She makes it a point to revise all the topics too. Also her experiments are amazing. Adidev loves her class and really looks forward to it. Also I see that Adidev’s concept are really very clear. A heartfelt thanks to all her hardwork. We are lucky to have her as Adidev’s mentor.

Also I would like to appreciate Ms Meenal. She has made these humanities lessons so Interesting. Wish I too had a mentor like her. Maybe then I would have loved reading History. A special thanks to her for all her efforts.

My mail would be incomplete if I don’t thank Ms Bindu. She knows all her students very well. She knows Adidev’s plus and minus points and continuously works on it. Adidev eagerly waits for Ms Bindu. She knows when she can be friendly with the student and when she needs to be stern. The motherly love means a lot.

Last but not the least, a special thank to Ms Sunita. Adidev has really improved in reading. He is clear with his Matras and looks forward for Ms Sunita’s class.

And how can I forget Ms Mamta. Iam a non artist. But Iam indebt to her for making Adidev an artist. The way she is teaching these kids is amazing. Adidev just loves his Art lessons.

A teacher affects eternity; she can never tell where her Influence stops. Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.

Hope you are doing well. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude towards your contribution in Yadhurajs life. He might forget what you said but he will not forget how you made him feel. Thank you for filling so much of enthusiasm in him to attend his school classes every morning with so much of interest.You made online classes so griping that the kids never look bored.

You have proved that Teaching is an instinctual art, mindful of potential, craving of realizations, a pausing, seamless process.

I must again appreciate the way Ardee is conducting the virtual classes. Miss Arushi is absolutely terrific with the little ones and Vian is so so fond of her.

Also, I must say I am so impressed with the way Miss Naina conducted the language module yesterday. Vian was so excited throughout and he is looking forward to seeing you soon again.

Want to say a big thanks for welcoming Viraaj and making him feel so comfortable in class. He has had a splendid time this first week and has enjoyed each and every lesson.

All the effort the mentors have put in to help him in this transition is visible. We had a few apprehension with moving him during the online model but it has been a very smooth week for all of us.

Would also like to give a special mention to Kanika, who has been following up and has made the entire process stress free.
