Ms. Pooja Bhatia has been an integral part of the Ardee family since 2009 when she began her journey by enrolling in the Montessori Teachers Training Course at The Ardee School, Sujan Singh Park, New Delhi. Her dedication to education and commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for young minds have been hallmarks of her career.

She completed her schooling at The Delhi Public School, Mathura Road, New Delhi, where she was recognised with a gold medal for her academic excellence and maintained scholar status for eight consecutive years. Building on her strong educational foundation, she graduated with a B.Com (Honours) and pursued a postgraduate degree in International Business from The Fore School of Management, New Delhi.

Her quest for knowledge led her to engage in various skill-building workshops at prestigious institutions, including Orkids, Learning Matters by Max Learning Ventures, Jolly Phonics, and Dance Movement Psychotherapy. Her early experience at The American School, New Delhi, during her Montessori training, honed her teaching skills and solidified her belief in the transformative power of education. These experiences have enriched her pedagogical approach, allowing her to integrate diverse methodologies into her teaching.

As a Cambridge Regional Trainer and a Cambridge International Trainer for Primary Mathematics, Ms. Bhatia has played a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of education. She has authored 2 insightful blogs for Cambridge, sharing her expertise and innovative practices with a wider audience. Furthermore, she has conducted several teacher training sessions.

In addition to her Montessori training, Ms. Pooja Bhatia has participated in numerous Cambridge training sessions and courses, deepening her understanding of international education standards and practices. Her passion for lifelong learning is further evidenced by her pursuit of a diploma in the French language, web-centric computing, export management, pottery, and sculpture.
