Khushboo Bhandari

Pre-Primary Coordinator | The Ardee School, New Delhi

Ms. Khushboo Bhandari has been part of the Ardee family since 2010, when she enrolled for the Montessori Teachers Training Course, at The Ardee School, Sujan Singh Park, New Delhi.

There has been no looking back ever since and she has only implemented her IQ skills through concepts and learning styles at Ardee.

She completed Biotechnology from Bangalore University by scoring second highest in Chemistry.

Her chosen majors were in Immunology and Genetics and later, she gained practical knowledge in the same subjects by doing summer internships from reputed institutes such as CSIR-Institute of Genomics & Integrative Biology (IGIB). She further completed a workshop at Shreedhar Bhat’s Laboratory at Bangalore which focused on Recombinant DNA Technology.

Soon, she realised her innate love and desire to work closely with children which prompted her to change her career into the Education line. Her key strengths remain in being able to bring complex life sciences and world matters to child level. She is an avid traveller and her exposure to various cultures make her an extremely social being able to communicate and bond well with children as well as the parent community. Her areas of interest lie in Sustainable Waste Management Practices, Life Sciences and Biology.

Her background of Biotech compels her to add innovative ideas and out of the box concept learning for our students, which have made them achieve above, grade level targets etc.

She truly believes in Dr. Maria Montessori’s approach and has summed up her beliefs by the following quote - “It is not enough for the teacher to love the child. She must first love and understand the universe. She must prepare herself, and truly work at it.” ― Maria Montessori. Her beliefs align with the Ardee ethos and her passion for learning is being imbibed by the mentors and children.,
