Aviral Rishi

Academic Convenor, The Ardee Schools

Mr. Aviral Rishi is an Academic Convenor at the Ardee Group of Schools, where he plays a central role in driving academic strategy, institutional alignment, and excellence in teaching–learning practices across campuses.

A Computer Science engineer by training and a passionate educator by choice, he brings over 10 years of combined experience in teaching, academic leadership, and school administration. He also serves as Head of Department (Mathematics), leading curriculum design, faculty mentoring, and student performance initiatives with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and academic rigour.

In addition to his academic leadership, Mr. Rishi has had an accomplished tenure as Head of Information Technology at The Ardee School, where he led the strategy, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure. He has successfully spearheaded the deployment of School Management Systems (SMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms, significantly enhancing operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and communication between stakeholders.

His work lies at the intersection of academics, leadership, and technology — building systems and environments that enable both educators and students to perform at their highest potential.
